This section provides instructions for processing the repair of Hyperbar® watches.
Hyperbar® wrist watches are filled with a special liquid technology called the Hyperbar® Deep Diver System. This watch type must be repaired and maintained only at an authorized service center or directly by the manufacturer.
The term Hyperbar® includes the following models:
Manufactured before 2002: Brand sdw® (Swiss diver watches)
- Hyperbar® Orada (Steel)
- Hyperbar® Pro (GFRP, without battery cover)
- Hyperbar® Sapphire (Steel)
- Hyperbar® Splash (Steel)
- Hyperbar® Titanium (Titanium)
Manufactured 2002 or later: Brand sdw® (Swiss diver watches)

REPAIR PROCCESSING
To process a repair, please follow the step-by-step instructions below:
1. Step
Take two clear photos of your watch with the dial and case back clearly visible.
2. Step
Complete the repair notification form and upload the two photos.
3. Step
Once we have received your details and photos, we will provide you with the necessary information to proceed with the repair.
